Reel maintenance

To all who is a fishing enthusiast...I believe we've been doing it all wrong.

to maintain our reel all we have to do is......

Take out our spool..

run warm water to the line to dissolve the salt minerals in between the line

DO NOT run tap water to the whole thing...

The drag system already comes with water proofing so all we have to do is

after six month of fishing just add 3 drop of oil will do to the drag..

Any machinery oil will do...Singer brand for example.

Next is your reel...

wipe it with a damp cloth then add oil to the rollers, and

all other joint point..DO NOT run tap water on it..wipe dry...

maybe after a year or so...send for maintenance to a professional to

degrease and re-grease it....thats how you maintain your reel...
